Patient is a 58 year old woman who received a revision of a previous breast reconstruction with right mastopexy implant exchange inserting a Mentor Smooth Round HP Silicone 375 cc implant and a 400 cc left implant. Patient had saline sub-glandular implants changed to silicone sub-muscular implants. Patient has a history of left breast cancer treated with a lumpectomy and radiation therapy. The After photos were taken 4 months post surgery.
